Time management for busy network marketers can be a little challenging when you're trying to balance a full time job, kids, pets and your network marketing opportunity. If you put a few key strategies into place, you can keep your business running and keep yourself sane.
The Most Important Thing of All
Make sure you schedule the hours you are going to be working your network marketing business. If you do not schedule those hours, they are not going to happen. If it is not on your calendar then it is not real. When you put your schedule down, you treat your business seriously.
The best thing you can do for your family is to let them know your schedule and what you have planned. You also want to make sure they understand why you are doing what you are doing and how it is going to help your family. When do you this, you are not going to get so much resistance and fuss from your family. Many times they will be there to encourage you and tell you to keep going because they want whatever reward they were going to get.
Keep Your Word to Yourself
When you tell yourself you are going to do something, it is important that you keep your word. Without having a boss outside of yourself, it can be easy to let yourself off the hook and not get done what you said you were going to do. Remember that you are the boss and that the calendar is your boss so keep your word to yourself and get your work done.
Scheduling your hours, sticking to your hours and making sure your friends and family understand that you're working even if you are home will help you be more productive. You can make a lot of money with network marketing but you have to be serious and put in the work necessary.
